Geometry

The students will learn relationships between plane and solid geometric shapes and to reason logically in a step-by-step approach in order to solve geometric proofs. Logical reasoning is also applied in finding length of segments; degrees of angles; area and perimeter of polygons, congruent and similar triangles, circles, and applications of the distance formula and slope. CR 5, YO 10, 11, 12 PRE 321—Algebra 1 with an average of 85 or higher, 322—Algebra 1 with an average of 75-84
