What is AVID?

AVID stands for Advancement Via Individual Determination. AVID is a rigorous college preparatory program for students in grades 9-12 who have a strong desire to improve their study and test-taking skills. This program is for highly motivated, average students with medium to high standardized test scores who are looking to improve their GPA and attend college. AVID is a four year elective class at Red Bank Regional High School.
