RBR Parent Teacher Organization
Welcome Letter
August 2010
WELCOME BACK FROM THE RBR PARENT TEACHER ORGANIZATION
The Red Bank Regional PTO would like to welcome all new and returning RBR students, staff and parents to the start of another exciting school year! By way of introduction, we are a group of parents who work together to make RBR an excellent place to work and to learn. Through membership dues and fundraising efforts, such as our annual Ladies Luncheon/Night Out, we provide programs, resources and services that support our students and teachers, including student scholarships, grounds beautification and staff appreciation days.
We ask and encourage you to participate in our meetings and events throughout the school year. Becoming a PTO member does not mean you have to volunteer, but volunteering is a great way to connect with other RBR parents and students.
PTO meetings will be held in Room 109 at 7:30 p.m. on the following Wednesdays:
| September 15 | October 13 | November 10 |
| December 8 | January 12 | February 9 |
| March 9 | April 13 | May 11 |
This year, the PTO will again provide a Student Directory to every RBR family. Please complete the enclosed PTO Membership Information Card and return it, along with a $10 membership fee, to the main office or mail to: RBR High School, 101 Ridge Road, Little Silver, NJ 07739. Extra cards are available in the Main Office. Please return all cards by FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 24, 2010.
Also, please refer to Constant Contact for information regarding our PTO events.
We look forward to working with each of you to continue the tradition of excellence in education at RBR. Enjoy the rest of the summer.
Sincerely yours in Buccaneer Spirit,
Maggie Simon
Co-President of the RBR Parent Teacher Organization
