Art National Honor Society
Students who have studied Art for one full year and who have maintained an average of 85 or above are eligible for induction into the National Art Honor Society. Membership offers recognition for high achievement in the Visual Arts and promotes awareness of art in the community.

English National Honor Society
WALDEN CHAPTER OF THE NATIONAL ENGLISH HONOR SOCIETY The Walden Chapter of the National English Honor Society was granted its charter in 2008. The mission of the society is to recognize students who have excelled in, and demonstrated a passion for, English literature and the humanities, and to nurture in them a development of that passion. Students may apply for membership in the NEHS at the beginning of their junior or senior year, and must meet requirements to be considered for acceptance. NEHS 2025-2026 APPLICATION

French National Honor Society
Students who study French for two years, continue to a third year, and who maintain an average of 87 or above are eligible for induction into the French National Honor Society. The group strives for better understanding of the French language and the culture of French-speaking people.

National Honor Society
RBR’s National Honor Society consists of Juniors and Seniors. While Freshmen and Sophomores are not eligible for membership, they are encouraged to stay focused on their studies and get involved in community service. This early commitment will set a strong foundation for their NHS application when they reach their Junior year.
In early spring, guidance will calculate GPAs, and Juniors who meet the application criteria will receive an invitation via email to apply for NHS. Those selected will be invited to attend an important meeting where the application process will be explained in detail. For more information, please refer to the application for specific requirements.
Applications should be submitted through Google Classroom, along with a hard copy delivered to Mrs. Tedeschi in Room 334 or Mrs. Scacco in Room 250 by 2:45 pm on Tuesday, March 31, 2026. After a careful review, accepted applicants will receive an acceptance email.
The induction ceremony for new Junior members will be held in April or May. Once inducted, Juniors are expected to uphold the NHS requirements and actively participate until they graduate from RBR.

National Technical Honor Society
National Technical Honor Society - The mission of NTHS is to recognize outstanding student achievement in technical education and to encourage students to reach for higher levels of achievement, develop self-esteem and pride. In the junior year, students will be eligible for recognition as an NTHS honor student based on their performance in technology courses and in the school community.

Spanish National Honor Society
Student in SNHS do community service and enjoy learning Spanish and immersing in cultural activities.

TRI-M Music Honor Society
The TRI-M National Honor Society is a society associated with the Music Educators National Conference (NAFME). Students who have participated in a class music ensemble for two years and have an academic grade point average of 85 or above and a music grade point average of 90 or above are eligible.

National Mathematics Honor Society
Mu Alpha Theta provides a method for schools to recognize and encourage students who enjoy and excel in mathematics. The organization is dedicated to inspiring a keen interest in mathematics, developing strong scholarship in the subject, and promoting the enjoyment of mathematics. Junior or seniors must be in their 2nd year of Honors, AP, or IB math to apply with a math GPA of 84 or above and an overall GPA of 80 or above.
