Meeting Schedule
General Information
1. Workshop/Board Action meetings will be held monthly on the first Wednesday of the month at 7:30 p.m., prevailing time, except as set forth in the schedule contained herein, in the Conference Room of the Administration Building at 101 Ridge Road, Little Silver, New Jersey. The purpose of the meeting is to review recommendations from the Superintendent and the Board Secretary. Action may be taken at this meeting.
2. Regular (public) meetings will be held monthly on the third Wednesday of the month at 7:30 p.m. prevailing time, except as set forth in the schedule contained herein, in the Conference Room of the Administration Building at 101 Ridge Road, Little Silver, New Jersey. The purpose of the meeting is to act on all agenda items and any other business to come before the Board.
3. Executive Session meetings will be held at 6:30 p.m. prior to the Workshop/Board Action Meeting and the Regular meeting, and are closed to the public. Matters to be discussed are covered under NJSA 10:4-12b. The outcome of such discussion will be made public at the appropriate time. Copies of this notice will be sent to the Asbury Park Press, posted on the bulletin board in the administration building, and filed with the offices of the Borough Clerks of the Boroughs of Little Silver, Red Bank, and Shrewsbury. In addition, the schedule contained herein may be amended from time to time provided the terms of the act are fully followed.
