Goal 1: To expand the use of educational technology, including Google Applications for Educators, to increase student engagement and achievement

Distribute Chromebooks to all grade 9 students
Complete internet access survey to measure internet access; work with stakeholders (community leaders, RBR staff, parents) to increase access where needed
Provide targeted professional development based on the needs of the faculty and staff
Using the SAMR model, assess the integration of technology into the instructional program
Research and implement methodologies to maximize learning in a 1:1 technology environment, including blended learning strategies

Goal 2: Consistent with the Strategic Plan, the district will establish new and strengthen existing academy programs

Determine the impact program revisions will have on budget (staffing, facilities, equipment)
Expand links between school and community partners, including Academy advisory boards and other stakeholders

Goal 3: To expand access to and enrollment in programs that link students to real world career options and college readiness experiences. These program include dual enrollment courses, AP and IB programs, as well as programs that serve the needs of both college-bound and non-college bound students.

Complete Stage 1 and Stage 2 curriculum mapping for identified courses by May 2018 to align with revised NJ Department of Education QSAC standards (Quality Single Accountability Continuum)
Increase enrollment in AP, IB, and Dual Enrollment courses by 10 percent (comparing 2017-18 with projections for 2018-19)
Use performance data to establish a comprehensive RtI/NJTSS program to target interventions for all students to align with QSAC standards
Research and report on enrollment trends to identify areas of strength and concern
