Fourteen RBR VPA Majors Collected Dozens of Accolades for Creative Writing

National Scholastic winners Nicholette Glenn – and Alexandra Lewis flanking their creative writing teacher Meaghan McDavitt.  Red Bank Regional (RBR) Visual and Performing Arts (VPA) Creative Writing majors recently learned that they earned nearly two dozen regional and two national awards in the prestigious 2019 Scholastic Art & Writing Awards sponsored by the nonprofit Alliance for Young Artists & Writers. Students from around the world received awards from over 340,000 submitted works. Nicholette Glenn – and Alexandra Lewis were the National winners each earning a Silver Medal.
