New Student Registration

Registration for RBRHS

**DO NOT REGISTER YOUR CURRENT 8TH GRADE STUDENT UNTIL APRIL 2025 AND THEY WILL BE REVIEWED AFTER JULY 15TH**

Student Enrollment & Registration

Online registration is only a preliminary step in the registration process for Red Bank Regional High School; students will not be considered enrolled until parents/guardians submit the required information and receive confirmation. 

Documents can be submitted via the online portal (preferred), emailed to the registrar at mdivers@rbrhs.org, or by mail/drop-off at the high school at 101 Ridge Road, Little Silver.

*PLEASE NOTIFY THE REGISTRAR VIA EMAIL AT MDIVERS@RBRHS.ORG WHEN YOU HAVE COMPLETED AN ONLINE REGISTRATION OR YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL NOT BE SCHEDULED!

STEPS to completing online pre-registration: Please note – you must complete the Online Registration screens through “Review and Submit” or the information you entered will not be saved.

► Step 1: Select the picture indicated to enter the open registration system, which will take you through these steps: Register Students; Contacts and Addresses; Fill out the Home Language Survey, Review and Submit; and Logout

► Step 2: In the Register Students section:

·     Register for School Year → 2024-2025; the 2025-2026 school year will be available April 1st for Pre-Registration.

·     Select the School → Red Bank Regional High School

·     Anticipated Grade Level drop-down menu → Select desired grade level

► Step 3: Complete remaining student information, and then click Advance to Next Screen.

► Step 4: Fill out the Home Language Survey

► Step 5: Review your information, then click Submit Registration Information

► Step 6: Print the Confirmation pdf, which you must bring to your in-person registration appointment. Logout.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED for registration: Documents can be submitted via the online portal (preferred), emailed to the registrar at mdivers@rbrhs.org, or by mail/drop-off at the high school at 101 River Road, Little Silver

A. Proof of Residency forms (REQUIRED)

  • Copy of lease or deed or mortgage statement for current address

  • Two (2) utility bills (can be 30 days from registration)

  • If the parent/guardian does not have a written lease agreement, please complete the  LANDLORD AFFIDAVIT OF RESIDENCY  based on your specific living situation.

B. Student ID - birth certificate (REQUIRED)

C. Parent photo ID (REQUIRED)

D. Immunization Form/Record - provide an updated record from your doctor. (REQUIRED)  The school nurse will contact you if there is a need for any additional required immunizations.  There will be a 30-day grace period for you to submit an updated immunization record.

E.  New Student Records Release –  complete this form for RBRHS to send to student’s prior school for records release (REQUIRED)
