    RBR’s Dynamic Piano Duo Play Vienna

    Little Silver residents and childhood friends Griffin Perry and Pieter Lootsma have shared their love for music all their lives. From third grade, they have been studying piano, currently with the same teacher. Both seniors at Red Bank Regional High School (RBR) have been stalwart performers in RBR’s famed Visual & Performing Arts Academy as piano majors. They have performed in many school productions as well as community settings, including the National Guild of Piano Teachers.

    RBR Given A+ Rating By Niche as One of America’s Best High Schools

    The Niche.com, Inc., recently released its 2016 national and state “Best High Schools” ratings, and ranked Red Bank Regional (RBR), as 56 in New Jersey. It also ranked RBR the third best high school in Monmouth County behind Rumson Fair Haven Regional (#40) and Holmdel (#52). RBR received an overall school district grade of “A+”. It is ranked 567 in the nation among all the 23,861 school districts examined by Niche based on dozens of key statistics and millions of opinions from 300,000 students and parents.

    For past decade, Red Bank Regional High School (RBR) has made the prestigious New Jersey Monthly list of Top 100 High Schools in New Jersey. It shares the spotlight this year with eight other Monmouth County High Schools, Holmdel, Rumson Fair Haven, Marlboro, Shore Regional, Middletown High School South, Colts Neck, Wall and Manalapan.   • RBR Welcomes the Class of 2020

    On August 24, Red Bank Regional High School (RBR) welcomed its newest members, incoming freshmen -- the Class of 2020. The students were greeted by upper classman student-to-student peer leaders who directed them around their new high school, assisting them in opening their lockers and answering their questions.     RBR Foundations Kick-Off Football Season with Pre-Game Barbecue

    The 2016 Red Bank Regional (RBR) football season will begin on Friday, September 9, with a pre-game barbecue. The event is a collaboration of the RBR BUC Backer Foundation and The SOURCE, RBR’s School Based Youth Services Program. Proceeds from this fundraiser will benefit both organizations which support RBR. The barbeque begins at 5 pm and continues to the opening kick-off at 7 pm when the RBR Buccaneers meet the Woodbridge’s JFK Memorial HS Mustangs. Tickets are $10 per person (students $5

    RBR Summer Camp Students Staged The Lion King, Jr., an RBR Visual & Performing Arts Academy Production

    On August 10, over 40 students collaborated to stage a spirited, fun and immensely entertaining version of Disney’s legendary Lion King, in the Red Bank Regional (RBR) Visual & Performing Arts’ Summer Academy production The Lion King, Jr. The musical, a 60 minute abbreviated version of Disney’s Lion King Broadway production, was specifically scaled for the middle school age performers. RBR’s staging and costume professionals magically transformed the RBR theatre into the African Pridelands.
