High School Transcript Requests

PLEASE DO NOT CALL - REQUEST REQUIRED TO BE IN WRITING

Red Bank Regional Alumni may request a copy of their high school transcript by sending an email to Guidance Office Administrative Assistants Mrs. Kendra Bodin (kbodin@rbrhs.org) or Mrs. Marissa Divers (mdivers@rbrhs.org) with the following information:

• Name
• Date of Birth
• Graduation Date
• If you need us to send to a college/university - please provide email (preferred) or mailing address for each school.   

In addition, for confidentiality and security, individuals will need to provide a copy of their ID to confirm their identity and the validity of the request.

Please note: The district does not retain and is unable to provide copies of the diploma issued at graduation. However, an official transcript may be utilized as proof of graduation.

Dual Credit Transcript Requests

For Dual Credit Courses Transcripts, students must also request transcripts directly from the college that has an articulation with RBR for the course.
