    Red Bank Regional does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex or disability or age in its programs and activities.

     

    The Affirmative Action Officer is responsible for investigating and resolving discrimination complaints, grievances and incidents between students and teachers or among students, based on race, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, religion, English proficiency, socio-economic status or disability. The Affirmative Action Officer is authorized to conduct diversity/equity training for all staff. In addition, the Affirmative Action Officer is responsible for the implementation of the district’s Comprehensive Equity Plan (CEP), which provides equality and equity in educational programs.

     

    Copies of the Comprehensive Equity Plan are available for review at the following locations: Office of the Superintendent, Board of Education Office, Principal’s Office, and the Affirmative Action Officer’s area.
